The past few weeks have been filled with a lot of fast, leveraged work, and slow, savored moments. 🌴☀️🌊

This is how I love to live. Bursts of strategic, aligned, inspired, and extremely efficient action, followed by copious amounts of time to do absolutely nothing, except whatever I feel led to in that moment. ✨💫

I’ve designed my business to allow for this, and systematized many aspects of my life to support it. 🙌🏼🏡✈️🙏🏼

It allows me to be present completely when I’m with my children 👩‍👧‍👦 deeply connected to my intuition when I’m coaching clients 💆🏻‍♀️ or creating new content and teaching 📚and eternally tapped in and grateful to God for both the opportunity to serve and the ability and right to gracefully restore. 💖🧘🏻‍♀️🫶🏼

What could you optimize in your life to allow you to move more quickly in certain areas, so you can be more present and savor others?

And, when you do have downtime, do you give yourself permission to fully soak it up without one hint of guilt? I hope so my loves, you deserve it! 🥰✨🙏🏼☀️💋

Oh my goodness you guys, what a week 🙌🏼🔥🙏🏼✨

I’ve been catching my breath and planning out the next month, and found myself getting swept up in a desire to explore some massive structures that are a little off the beaten path for me 😂 Not quite what I was expecting to turn my attention to next, for sure.

If that’s a little cryptic, don’t worry I’ll explain soon - and take you with me of course!! ✈️☺️

But as I sensed myself getting excited about things that came out of nowhere, I started asking God why - what is He trying to get my attention with and what’s He asking me to do next 😂🤦🏻‍♀️🙏🏼😉

And what came to mind was this series of verses that I loved and spoke over myself when I was in high school. Particularly the parts I circled and underscored.💯

When I was in high school the idea of having arms trained for battle and feet that wouldn’t stumble somehow seemed both unlikely and appealing 😂

I had a vision in my mind at that time of being delicate but surprisingly powerful. Like being capable of things wildly beyond me.

Which is basically God’s wheelhouse.😉

So I started asking God - What are you asking me to prepare for? And what do I need to do?

And I was clearly instructed that I first get to rest, (🙌🏼🥳🥹😂) and then there’s certain things I need to do in my business to allow the accomplishment of the next level of assignment. It’s not hard, nor is there a firm deadline, but it’s necessary if I’m going to be able to scale, succeed, and serve on a higher level.

So my question for you is - are you ready for the next level?

Because all kinds of forces are going to try to keep you where you are - so it will require you heading into a battle of sorts.

Never fear - all battles fought with God lead to ascension. 👑

And while some battles are thrust on us, others we are invited to more graciously. For those, I find that if we never prepare to win them, we never advance into and through them at all.

So I’m over here preparing for the next level of battle + service between naps 😂 and I invite you to do the same - ask God what you need to prepare NOW in order to be escorted through the battle to your next level of world changing🔥💋

I love to demolish the concept of confidence. And it was so fun to teach this to our Two Comma Kit clients at our mastermind event yesterday! 🌟🔥💥

To me, the connotation of confidence insinuates that you have to put something ‘on’ to convince yourself, and therefore to convince others, to trust you, respect you, and be impressed by you.

Security illuminates all of that. 🙅🏻‍♀️❌⛓️

If confidence is, “they will like me because I am…”

Security is “I don’t need them to like me at all.” 😎 💣✨

See the difference?

There’s no wondering about whether or not you meet any internal standard you have, let alone any external standard they have!

You just don’t give a _____ 😳🫢😂😇

This means you get to focus on your mission and your purpose and your message, rather than the mess of managing other people’s thoughts, which, as you may have noticed, isn’t possible anyway! 🤦🏻‍♀️😑

And, rather than leading you to treat people worse, this actually frees you to be operating from true compassion, rather than what I call the opinion management dance, and gives you more resources of time, energy, and discernment to love them in a way that honors you and is truly about their needs rather than your need to make them pleased with you.

Every time I talk about this, it seems to be one of the most deeply resonating themes that people must be reminded of, or maybe even hear for the first time!

It was incredible to watch how this message took our clients from timid to grabbing the mic, storming the stage, and jumping in front of the camera, not with confidence, but with true fearlessness! 🙌🏼🔥💫

If you realized that your value was inherent, and you didn’t need anybody to like you in order to survive and even thrive, do you think that would free you to love people more authentically?

I think so! 😉🔥💯👊🏼

Let’s go change the world, because we love them, not because we need them to love us! 🥰💫❤️

Unless you think of ‘class and character’ as a unit, which I do 😉

How many of you have noticed that how you behave is one of the most fundamental determinants of your perception, reputation, and results in the world, and with people?

Class, or what could be considered, the external, your comportment, carriage, manners, is like a beautiful outfit; it can attract attention and garner respect.

But the internal, the character, you could also call it integrity or doing the right thing even when no one‘s watching, doing what you said you would do, and following through on your word. That’s what garners long-term respect!

I want to remind you that other peoples’ character and class does not determine yours or your reputation. They might try to affect it in the short term, but anyone with eyes and a brain will be able to, and wise enough to, decide what kind of person you are based on your own class and character.

It absolutely will craft your life, but don’t do it for the people who are watching. Do it because that’s the kind of person you truly are. 💯🙌🏼🔥

Divine Women + Men. In an ideal world, we’re all healed of every wound-created misconception, mistreatment, and misdirection.

But welcome to reality 😂 At least currently 😉

We’re all at different stages of awareness in an imperfect world and trying to do our best, while perpetuating the least damaged mindsets and experiences possible.

(Unless someone is deeply broken and finds power in hurting others 😬 Learn to identify and avoid those as quickly as possible! And then pray for them from a safe distance lol. 🙏🏼)

But the temptation is to complain and struggle and wish for some easy way out of having someone who, by being so much at their best, keeps you perpetually at your best too.

This does not exist. Even if you’re in the perfect relationship, you must do the work continuously to evaluate and become your best self.

And if you want to speed up finding such a relationship, do the work on your own 😉🥰❤️💋 I promise it’s way more fun than it sounds, because life gets so enjoyable when you start taking responsibility for your own growth! 🙌🏼✨👊🏼💫
