Last summer was the first time I’ve ever been to Provence, and the first time I’ve been to the south of France in over 10 years!
To say I’ve become a different woman since my first trip to Nice is the understatement of the year, yet there was a mixture of anticipation and excited nerves rediscovering a place that was so formative to me.
In future posts I’ll go into more depth of what I did each time and certain adventures in detail.
I used something called home exchange to stay for free at a beautiful two bedroom airy white and blue apartment overlooking the hillsides of Aix en Provence.
I didn’t realize until I got there that the American couple that owned it, who were visiting their children in California during my stay, were connected to dear family friends of mine, and also believers, and lovers are both California and France! What a small world when you’re in alignment!
